To respect the time of all and staff, the following policies are in place: If you are feeling unwell or anyone in your household is sick please reframe from coming to your appointment I'm more than happy to reschedule for a better date if you come to your appointment sick you will be asked to leave At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a $20-$40 deposit that will be credited towards your treatment/s. NON REFUNDABLE- If you are unsatisfied please contact us within 48 hours so we may address concerns Appointments are in high demand, Advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain efficient scheduling. Cancellation Policy
Time had specifically been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit(unless you communicate with me something came up I'll always be understanding)
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. Any no shows will be charged and banned from booking again! (unless like i said you communicate something came
